The Triathlon of Compassion, set for June 22, 2025, at the Esquimalt Recreation Centre, celebrates its 32nd edition with a welcoming and inclusive event. Featuring a popular sprint triathlon (500m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) for participants aged 16 and over, as well as Kids of Steel distances for ages 6-15, this event offers an engaging triathlon experience for athletes of all ages and abilities.
