Desirae Ridenour has been immersed in triathlon from a young age, following in the footsteps of her older sister. A former mountain bike racer, she quickly found her stride in multisport, earning international recognition early in her career. She made her elite debut in 2018, representing Canada at the Commonwealth Games and winning her first elite race at the ASTC Sprint Triathlon Asian Cup.
Now competing in World Cup, WTCS, and French Grand Prix events, Desirae is focused on racing consistently at the front. When she’s not training, she enjoys hiking, skiing, visiting cafes, and collecting rocks from her travels—a reminder of the places her triathlon journey has taken her.
